Comments & TestimonialsHad a wonderful weekend of fishing and visiting with friends. The weather was incredible, a little rain, a little snow, lots of sunshine with thunder and lightning. We got lots of trout, but the best part of the weekend was undoubtedly staying at Mallard Bay. The owners make sure that their guests have everything they need. The units are nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. They take pride in this property and it shows. Flowers are planted in the spring and veggies too! Swimming, vollyball, shuffleboard and horseshoes are all available during the warmer months. We love being able to dock our boat right outside, and they have a station to clean any fish that you may catch.
They have a large fireplace on the outdoor patio area, and keep a fire burning each night in the summer so guests can roast marshmallows and visit. This is definitely one of our favorite places to
stay! We will continue to return for many years to come. (Oct. 2010) (Fishing Cabin Rentals and Hotel Lodging in Big Bear, CA)
