Clean, reasonably priced lodging. We were looking for somewhere to stay that had docking facilities for our boat for a five day fishing trip at Big Bear and found it at Mallard Bay Resort. There was a question about where I would be able to store the trailer during the stay. Sent an e-mail and got an answer back within a half day that I can store it on the property in a secured parking area. No extra charge for the slip or trailer storage. Cabins are well kept and clean. There are two gas barbecue grills available for the guests. There’s a large heated swimming pool, ping-pong table and shuffleboard and an uncovered patio area with a fireplace and plenty of seating. Boat slips were more than adequate for our 22’ boat. They even had a fish cleaning station. Owner, operators run and care for the facilities and were available to answer questions and solve any problems. We will definitely stay here again.
